Come as you are. We’ll meet you there.
Therapy that begins with understanding.
We are a relational counseling practice helping adolescents and adults make sense of what they’re carrying, and move toward meaningful change.

Therapy for the season you’re in.
Women
Sometimes the roles we’ve held, the relationships we’ve experienced, and the expectations we’ve carried begin to feel different. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or questions of identity and purpose, therapy offers space to explore what matters to you and consider what comes next.
Adolescents
Growing up can bring questions about identity, friendships, family relationships, self-worth, and where you fit in the world. Therapy offers adolescent girls a supportive place to process difficult emotions, build confidence, and navigate change at their own pace.
A place to feel understood
Therapy offers an opportunity to explore your experiences without judgment, recognize patterns that shape your life, and consider what you want moving forward. We’ll work together to find an approach that honors your needs, builds on your strengths, and supports your goals.

A different kind of therapy experience
Get to Know Your Therapist, Marisa.
I work primarily with adolescent girls and women who are navigating difficult experiences, life transitions, or challenges in their relationships. I'm interested in understanding the experiences and patterns beneath the struggles that bring someone to therapy and helping clients find a way forward that feels meaningful to them.
My approach is relational and trauma-informed, with EMDR as a central part of my trauma work. I also draw on attachment-based perspectives, IFS-informed parts work, and creative approaches when they fit a client's needs. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, have a voice in the process, and can explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable.

Get to Know Your Therapist, Shanae.
I work with women who have spent years putting others first, navigating others' expectations, or feeling they need to be someone they're not. My relational approach recognizes that the ways we learn to cope, connect, and find belonging often develop in response to our experiences and relationships. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you better understand yourself and discover ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more genuine and fulfilling.
My work draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a neurodiversity-affirming perspective to help clients identify what matters to them, make room for difficult emotions, and take steps toward a life that reflects their values. I want therapy to be a place where you feel genuinely understood and accepted, without pressure to perform, have all the answers, or change who you are to meet someone else's expectations.
